We assist in overall program strategy & planning, budgeting, feasibility analysis, and cost/ benefit determinations. We make materials & component recommendations and perform plant & field quality inspections of our vendors and installers.

Landlord Approvals

At your request, we will assist in negotiating with landlords to optimize allowable square footage while adhering as closely as possible to your image graphics & colors. We then obtain signed authorizations, for your protection, should your signs be questioned in the future.

Permits

Because local sign ordinances are getting more & more restrictive, we conduct in-depth research to maximize the visibility of your signage. We then secure sign permits directly or through our local installation network.

Installations

We utilize our database of installers to determine the best resource for your program. We understand which installers specialize in certain sign types, like high pylons and all channel letter applications, and our years of hands-on installation experience allow us to work very effectively with the installers chosen for each project. We obtain post-installation photographs and other documentation to make sure that your signs are installed to established specifications. We also maintain up-to-date installer insurance records, their equipment, and crew availability.

Status Reporting

As information is captured about the job status, we post it promptly on our on-line reporting system to give our customers password protected access to each of their projects.

Warranty Administration

TradeMark Sign Solutions maintains a database of which signs are still under warranty and should warranty work become necessary, we will dispatch repair crews as quickly as possible.
